Client Advisor — UAE (Dubai)

An ambassador for The Global Migration, the Client Advisor role contributes to the The Global Migration Group by establishing new direct client and business-to-business relationships and by strengthening and leveraging existing ones.

Fully proficient in the entire portfolio of residence and citizenship programs offered by The Global Migration, as well as conversant in related areas such as real estate, a Client Advisor is responsible for increasing the number of new applications submitted by the The Global Migration Group by understanding the requirements of all key stakeholders and identifying the most desirable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the services and solutions offered by The Global Migration
• Research, prepare, and execute high-impact meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners, and client prospects
• Actively grow the existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities
• Develop new business leads with maximized conversion rates
• Provide client prospects with expert advice on residence and citizenship by investment solutions to ensure that their objectives are met
• Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate exposure to operational risks
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide a world-class client experience throughout the entire sales journey
• Meet and exceed the assigned jurisdictional annual sales targets
• Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge to engage meaningful conversations with prospects
• Keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions, with full and effective use of the firm’s CRM system
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences worldwide

Essential skills

• Experience in client-facing investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, or sales
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English to engage with and present to industry stakeholders, with the ability to create and prepare proposals
• Collaborative approach to build enduring relationships and influence in a positive manner
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including exercising tact and diplomacy at all times
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills and a high competency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience in CRM is ideal
• Ability to collect data required to prepare an accurate analysis of the client and offer the most suitable solutions
• Ability to be a positive representative of The Global Migration and its brand in the marketplace and at industry events and conferences

Desirable skills

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or other related disciplines; a master’s or an advanced degree will be considered an advantage
• Five years of experience in client-facing investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, or sales
• Knowledge and experience in the investment migration industry (residence and citizenship by investment)
• Strong international networks that allow for business development
• Knowledge of the local language and local experience will be considered advantages
